Flora in Me
Dimensions: 100x100cm
Acrylic and oil on canvas
Flora in Me It gives the series its name and encapsulates the idea that runs through this set of paintings: the flower beyond its representation.
Enlarged, fragmented, and almost dissolved, the floral form ceases to belong solely to the external world, transforming into an inner landscape. Transparencies, drips, and intuitive gestures create a painting where figure and abstraction converge, and where matter seems to remain in motion.
The flower becomes atmosphere, memory, and presence. It is not merely contemplated: it is inhabited.
