About this work
This drawing is part of a series of 365 works created throughout 2023, based on a commitment to produce one drawing per day. Each work is numbered and corresponds to a specific day of the year, functioning simultaneously as a record of daily practice and as an independent piece.
Without following a single theme, the series brings together a wide variety of images, figures, objects, and references that emerged spontaneously throughout the process. The daily repetition gave the project an exploratory and inductive character: instead of starting from a pre-defined line of investigation, the themes, forms, and methods were discovered through the repeated act of drawing.
Several of the motifs that initially emerged in this series were later revisited, transformed, and developed in other works, and remain present in the author's artistic practice.
