Geraldine Schroeder was born in Plottier, Neuquén, Argentina, in 1986She is an Argentinian visual artist, illustrator, and clothing and textile designer. She graduated in Clothing and Textile Design for the University of Buenos Aires (FADU-UBA) and completed a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management for the National University of CórdobaHe also attended studies in Visual Arts, with a focus on engraving and printmaking, in IUNA – National University Institute of Art, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
She has been the director of since 2025. Plottier School of Arts and Crafts (EMAOP), in Argentina. Between 2018 and 2022 she was director of museums and monuments at Dr. Plottier House Museum, developing work in archiving, museography and cultural programming. She also organized exhibitions and shows in art galleries in Neuquén and Villa La Angostura.
In 2020, together with the artist, he created... Andrés Zerneri, the graphic design Afiches de la Munda, dedicated to creating posters printed with movable type. He also did illustrations for books. Matryoshkas, by Sandra Patricia Rey, There is still an escape, by Lola Halfon, and While We Breathe, by Carlos Skliar.
He participated in several solo and group exhibitions at Argentina, highlighting Women of the Word (Neuquén Legislature, 2024), Bag (Bodegas Schroeder, 2019-2021), exhibitions at Cupe Galleryno Fernández Oro Cultural Station Museumin Musetta Gallery, in Buenos Aires, and the press conference 50 Artists, held in Ex ESMA, in Buenos Aires.
