Pascale Fey (CFEY) nasceu em 1961, em França, sendo de nacionalidade francesa. Trabalhou durante vários anos como designer gráfica antes de se dedicar integralmente à arte contemporânea.
Atualmente divide o seu tempo entre os ateliers de Lagoa, Algarve, Portugal, e Èze, sul de França. A sua obra explora temas ligados à condição humana, relações interpessoais, equilíbrio, memória e transformação. Desenvolveu uma técnica baseada na aplicação inicial de tons escuros sobre a tela, a partir dos quais constrói progressivamente a luz e a cor.
Entre as principais séries do seu trabalho destacam-se GEORGES, Life on Mars, Waters Rising, The Silence of Shadows, KLAN, DOUBLE-JE, POCASSÉ, LAND’ART e Anonymous Letters.
O seu trabalho encontra-se representado em coleções internacionais e é divulgado a partir do seu atelier permanente na Riviera Francesa, com obras distribuídas para países como os Estados Unidos, Alemanha e Japão.
