"The work Ida e Volta resulted from a trip to the past where I found myself exploring, without preconceived ideas, what happens when I pour ink on paper. I tried to recreate this color composition for the canvas and, from there, create a image that takes advantage of the initial essence and that allows a journey back to my three-year-old self, creating a thread of growth. It was also through collage that I tried to immortalize memories. This work allowed me to go back to being a child and paint without having the I have no idea where to go or what I'll have at the end of the painting."
