Ana Maria Fernandes (A.fe) é uma artista portuguesa cuja prática artística nasce da observação íntima do quotidiano, onde o corpo, a memória e o silêncio formam uma linguagem simbólica própria. A sua formação inclui estudos em Retrato ao Natural na Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade do Porto (FBAUP, Portugal, 2018–2019), complementados por formações em Curadoria Contemporânea (2020), Turismo, Património e Arte (2021), e Artes e Tradições (2022). Em 2022, o seu trabalho foi reconhecido com o 1.º Prémio de Artes Henrique Silva, resultando na capa da Revista ORPHEU.
A artista tem uma notável projeção internacional, participando em salões e feiras de arte contemporânea em toda a Europa. Entre as suas exposições internacionais destacam-se a Contemporary Man na Bougie Art Gallery, Toronto, Canadá (2019), a Let’s Meet in Bellagio, Itália (2023), e diversas participações com a Matos Gallery, como na art3f Paris e art3f Luxembourg (2024), e nas próximas Art3f Barcelona e Artists 360° Madrid, Espanha (2025).
A nível nacional, A.fe realizou a exposição individual Rodopios de Azuis na Casa da Cultura de Paredes (Portugal, 2022) e participa regularmente nas Exposições Simultâneas do Circuito Miguel Bombarda no Porto. O seu trabalho integrou mostras coletivas relevantes como a 5.ª Bienal Internacional de Gaia (2023), Cumplicidades na Galeria Geraldes da Silva (2022), e diversas exposições na Fundação Dionísio Pinheiro e na Biblioteca Municipal de Paredes. As suas obras estão representadas pela Matos Gallery em feiras internacionais e em certames importantes como a Bienal de Gaia (2025).
