Roxanne Bueso nasceu a 27 de Fevereiro de 1958 em San Juan, Porto Rico.
Pertence à 3ª geração de pintores da família Bueso. Com formação na Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Porto Rico. A artista reside em Portugal desde 1986. Mas em Portugal, frequentou o curso de português para estrangeiros na Faculdade de Letras em Coimbra.
Trabalha assim como freelance em ilustração, pintura de postais e desenhos publicitários.
Mas é também designer e decoradora de peças de artesanato em madeira.
A partir de 1994, Roxanne Bueso torna-se assim professora de desenho e pintura a nível particular na Figueira da Foz.
