Paulo Conceição Santos (n. 1976, Constância) é um artista plástico e designer português radicado em Lisboa, cuja obra se define por um gestualismo vibrante e pelo domínio das cores fortes sobre a estrutura do desenho. Formado em Design Industrial pela ESAD das Caldas da Rainha e licenciado em Design de Mobiliário Urbano pela Fundação Ricardo Espírito Santo Silva, Paulo funde o rigor da composição técnica com a liberdade expressiva da pintura contemporânea. O seu atelier em Benfica, o Atelier oimaginador, serve atualmente como o epicentro da sua produção e espaço de exposição permanente.
Ao longo de três décadas, o seu percurso consolidou-se através de presenças significativas em certames de referência, com destaque para a sua participação na PortoArte – Feira de Arte Moderna e Contemporânea, um dos momentos fulcrais de validação no mercado nacional. A sua carreira é marcada por uma presença assídua no circuito de galerias de Lisboa, nomeadamente através da longa colaboração com a Galeria Paleta, onde expõe regularmente desde 2003, e passagens pela Galeria Paulo Santos Arte Contemporânea e pela Galeria Arte Rio.
Além das telas, o seu impacto artístico estende-se a projetos de cariz público e institucional, como a exposição de painéis de azulejos sobre o 25 de Abril na Junta de Freguesia de Santa Margarida e mostras em espaços de prestígio como o Convento do Beato (no âmbito das exposições de Antiguidades e Coleção) e em espaços de elite como o Clube de Golf da Quinta da Beloura e o Vila Sol. Com obras representadas em diversos acervos públicos e privados, o seu trabalho continua a ser uma referência pela capacidade de transformar o traço gráfico numa narrativa visual de grande intensidade emocional.
