Odair Rangel é um pintor e desenhador português reconhecido pela sua capacidade de transitar entre o figurativismo clássico e o impressionismo contemporâneo. Com uma carreira consolidada ao longo de mais de três décadas, Rangel utiliza o óleo, o acrílico e a aguarela para capturar a essência da luz e da cor, tendo como temas prediletos as paisagens ribeirinhas, os motivos equestres e o retrato. A sua obra é marcada por uma pincelada solta e uma sensibilidade poética que procura imortalizar o património cultural e natural de Portugal.
