Joaquim Martins Correia (1910-1999) foi um notável escultor, pintor e professor português do século XX, nascido na Golegã, Portugal.
Formou-se em Escultura na Escola Superior de Belas Artes de Lisboa (Portugal), onde mais tarde viria a lecionar, após ter iniciado a sua carreira docente na década de 1930 nas Caldas da Rainha. O artista revelou-se ao público em 1940, na Exposição do Mundo Português, e foi membro de conselhos de arte e da Academia Nacional de Belas Artes.
A sua obra é conhecida por uma forte base no desenho e um estilo figurativo expressivo, com uma temática que abrange figuras humanas, animais (com destaque para cavalos e touros), mitologia e história. Trabalhou predominantemente com bronze e pedra, mas também explorou a pintura, serigrafia, desenho e azulejaria. Entre os seus projetos notáveis de azulejaria encontram-se os painéis criados para a estação "Picoas" do Metropolitano de Lisboa e para a Torre Vasco da Gama, ambas em Lisboa, Portugal.
Ao longo da sua carreira, recebeu inúmeros prémios e condecorações, incluindo a Ordem de Instrução Pública e a Ordem de Santiago de Espada. Em 1980, Joaquim Martins Correia doou a maior parte do seu espólio à sua terra natal, a Golegã, o que resultou na criação do Museu Martins Correia. O artista faleceu em 1999.
