Anna Balecho is a photographer and visual artist born in Lisbon, Portugal, and currently residing in Ericeira. With a degree in fine arts and a diploma in photography, Anna Balecho is an artist whose unique aesthetic has captivated many, and is considered one of the pioneers of a new era of artists using 35mm film photography as the canvas to explore their ideas and worldview.His career began with more than a decade of collaborations with renowned magazines, such as Vogue, Metal, CG, and other major industry references. Anna Balecho documented fashion weeks and helped brands communicate their position with a unique aesthetic approach, being recognized as a promise in the world of photography, being featured in Dazed and Confused magazine as a name to follow.
Between the development of long-term personal projects, including books and exhibitions, Anna Balecho He is looking for challenges in his career while rediscovering his love for painting.
His desire is to tell stories and create narratives. Above all, your mission is to communicate and connect with people, be it readers, buyers, collectors, followers or anyone involved with your work. Almost two decades after beginning his studies in photography, Anna Balecho still yearn to create connections. Through this, Anna Balecho manages to be consistent with her narrative, creating connections, but with a new form of freedom, like a visual artist.
