André Lemos Pinto (ALP) é um artista e designer português, licenciado em Design de Comunicação/Arte Gráfica pela Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade do Porto, Portugal (2001). A sua forma de expressão artística e comunicativa é profundamente influenciada pela sua formação, mas imprime uma identidade própria, conceptual e multidisciplinar.
Desde meados da década de 1990, ALP tem sido um participante ativo no cenário artístico, expondo regularmente em mostras individuais e coletivas em Portugal e no estrangeiro.
Para além da prática artística, contribuiu para a formação de novos talentos como docente de cursos profissionais artísticos entre 2005 e 2012. A sua trajetória é marcada pela intersecção entre diversas formas de expressão, estendendo-se ao design de comunicação independente desde 1995, sendo responsável pela identidade visual de diversas entidades nacionais e estrangeiras. Em 2015, fundou o Studio André Lemos Pinto (SALP) em Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, um espaço dedicado à arte contemporânea, design, fotografia e vídeo, e expandiu a sua atuação para a curadoria independente, colaborando com a direção artística e curadoria na ARTLAB – Contemporary Art.
O seu trabalho tem sido reconhecido através de diversos prémios e integra coleções privadas em vários países, incluindo Portugal, Espanha, França, Alemanha, Croácia, Luxemburgo, Japão e Estados Unidos da América, destacando-se a sua presença na NYU Langone Art Collection nos Estados Unidos da América.
