Originally, Paulo Baptista He dedicated himself mainly to photography of landscapes and urban environments. The love for painting has always been present in his life, but only recently did he begin to dedicate himself to painting. As a self-taught artist it was a progressive learning process, exploring different techniques. Currently, color is a key element in his works, due to the exploration of its balances, contrasts and ambiences. The primary importance of the titles of abstract works is the verbal signifier that creates a fusional link with the works, their visual meaning and the imagination of the viewer. Paulo Baptista he has works present in private collections in several countries around the world.
