The Public Prosecutor's Office has closed the inquiry into the disappearance of 94 works from the State's contemporary art collection, the Attorney General's Office (PGR) revealed this Tuesday to the Lusa agency.The DGPC report warned that “the existence of works to be located constituted a weakness in the collection” of contemporary art. Out of nowhere, photo editing app LensaAI became a huge hit when it launched its Magic Avatar feature, which creates AI portraits in a variety of styles.However, artists who were suspicious of the use of AI imagers became concerned when they saw what appeared to be signatures scrawled in the corners of many of these AI portraits. Some artists claim this could prove that LensaAI was stealing work that included the watermarks or signatures that artists use to prevent theft.
